EMERGENCY SITUATION!!🚨
Tomorrow my parents will be asking me which career I want and I still don't know. Must I follow my passion or not? Next, I have like one week left to choose what subjects I want for my future job. Can please provide some tips to find the right or perfect career.

@Tom Vorselen thanks for the insights. Of course, only a small percentage of people 18-22 can guess where they will be in the next 5 years because life has a way of taking you to a journey you could have never predicted but that's the magic. If we knew everything that was going to happen to us we would get bored easily. So, yeah, right now I'm a bit divided because I am a person with many interests that I cannot possibly pursue at the same time. That being said, I try to switch my hobbies outside of uni regularly to get the joy out of each one. Again thanks for sharing your opinion on this as a person older and more qualified than me

when it comes to remembering information better while studying for exams one week left. What would be the best method if you're in this situation?

In my opinion (I am not an expert), I would say try to understand and learn the topics instead of memorising because I see this as the main goal of university and school in general. Getting a good grade by just memorising some things that you will forget later has no point. When I study I try to get as much knowledge as I can because I like knowledge and because I think that is the main point in college or uni
Summer Studying , what should I do?
Hi everyone, The way university works in Greece is you have exams in January and June (for different classes) and if you can't pass an exam you have the opportunity to give it a second try in September. I have 3 classes I didn't pass and I was thinking of studying for two of them in August to pass the exams in September. Do you think I'm gonna be burnt out for the academic year that's around the corner? I think I can manage those obligations but I wanted to ask the community for advice on how to approach this. Thank you everyone in advance for your time , any advice is appreciated

@Louise Aquino Thanks for the advice! I will "suck it up" as you said and I'm sure when I look back to this time I will be happy I sticked to it
What motivates you to pursue self-improvement? Your response is very insightful; I appreciate you sharing it.
For me I want to self-improve because staying the same is like eating the same boring sandwich every day. Self-improvement is my way of adding spicy mustard and pickles to life. Plus, it's a great excuse to buy more self-help books and pretend I'm a philosopher!

Self-improvement has been the core of my life before I even knew the term. From a young age what we do is on the self-improvement spectre (learning to walk , talk etc) and I think that it is embedded in humans for a reason. I started this journey to be more disciplined but I find that doing the hard but "right" things makes me happy. The main objective for me is getting better every day , every week , every month. Doing things consistently is the thing that makes me feel happy and accomplished at the end of the day

@Louise Aquino That being said we all struggle and that's okay. One mistake I made time and time again was being disappointed when I wasn't perfect. I later realised that no one is so don't be too hard on yourself
