Peace and Blessings all. I am Kimberly Coleman, I hail from Detroit, MI currently living in Beavercreek, OH. I am retired Air Force and currently a DoD Civilian still supporting the war-fighter… I have always been actively into health and fitness. My Eat to live, cellular journey being about a year ago when I began my plant - base journey around the same time I began a Holistic Nutrition program at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. What this journey looks like is consistently and continuously knowing what to eat for my cells to becoming the healthiest version of me. I am so grateful for this space, knowledge and tooling to educate myself, family and all who will listen and apply.
