If the credit union that I use send my loans to collection, can I still dispute them so I can remove out of my credit report?

So you have the option to dispute the debt, hence, the collection agency cannot report it.

So you'll dispute the charge-off, yes, if that being the case with the credit bureaus than are reporting the credit union data.

So i disputed 3 collections on my report few months ago, i appealed the information that was on my report! The info was not correct, to my surprise all 3 were taken off my credit report , my score jump 88 points just like that ! Don’t forget to read all the information very carefully just info & wanted to share

From my experience, credit cards specifically with credit unions are good cards for building credit or if your credit is seasoned. I've had great success being on both ends of the spectrum. What state are you in?
