Listings are 1 listing is referrals and 1 listing is direct reach out buy seller who are also building new home with me. 2 appointments are one expired and 1 is friend of my who is relocating (He bought with me back in 2021).
My recommendation will be pick up the call and start dialing FSBO and expired. You need to have a business plan. Also, you can door know your office listing or circle prospect. Also, you can get some leads through doing open house for other agent. I have listed 3 so far in last 5 years through open house. You going to need 3-5 different pillar of business to keep consistent. Also, I have been in different coaching since 2021.
