@Monica Pugh Ooh that sounds very familiar to a lot of us I think. I really struggled on the first one, and second was a little easier, and I am only up to my fourth one with my face in it lol! And at first it is hard as you are challenging all your limiting beliefs, but then if you decide to commit to doing x1 a day or x1 a week, (noting you have to hit 4000 viewing hours so you need to make alot of videos - not shorts) you soon find you don't have time to worry, as you have to produce the next one, and then the next one lol! You just got to do it!!. And if anything you will look back and see how much you have grown. I used to worry too and then I thought, well youtube is quite competitive, and no-one may even watch my video so why am I even worrying lol! Or maybe come at it from a different perspective, where you are doing this for your personal growth, and sharing it with those that it resonates with. As its the people you really connect with and make a difference, that count. Hope that helps?? And good luck, you just have to commit! So if you do decide, then pop your channel in the lets support one on YT message, so others can also subscribe and help/watch you bloom! 😀

anxiety- what if I'm not healed yet?
@Victor Oddo and @Aaron Doughty I am thinking to start an instagram page in regards to trauma, anxiety, regulating the nervous system...in my own language. I am thinking to give people exemples of how to bring safety back to their bodies or heal through yoga, meditation and manifestation. The issue is....I am still not healed completly from my own anxiety ... but I just got rid of a negative big programming that lasted me for 4 years...so I have evolved a lot in the last 5 months...and I am fighting anxiety since 10 years now...so that means I know a lot about anxiety and trauma etc...My question is: What should I write in my presentation ? I mean ...should I just be vulnerable and tell people I am still in the process of healing...and let's make this ride together? I am not sure I want to be well known for the fact that I have anxiety ...I am in trouble...don't know what to do...Please assist! TY!

@Victor Oddo I think this is great advice! I just got feedback from one of my videos and they said its a bit too "teachereeship" (lol! I know thats not a real word lol) So this is quite timely and I think a personal challenge from the universe for me. I just keep getting pushed outside of my comfort zone arghh. But I thank you!🙏
Having a tough time finding your NICHE?
Are you having a hard time finding your niche? Having worked with thousands of spiritual entrepreneursit's crystal clear... The BIGGEST challenge they face... (especially early on) is finding their "niche" What is a niche exactly? It's basically a teeny little box that you force your dynamic creative spirit into for the sake of your business. Gee, I wonder why that's so difficult for authentic spiritual-minded people to find! Finding a niche does not feel right... to the human spirit AND... it still is somewhat necessary... It's very helpful on many levels when you can come up with your little elevator pitch that perfectly explains who you are, who you serve, and what you do. Maybe you've heard this before? Hi, I'm Aaron and I help people expand... their... consciousness! How the heck did Aaron come up with that? It's so on point,so clear,so fitting! This new video reveals the TRUTH about finding your niche.>>> https://youtu.be/B5PobWCqOIQ It will help you find it to grow your business, give you focus and direction, and make your life a million times easier... But when you find it... in this highly unconventional manner... You will find a heck of a lot more than just your niche You also can find yourself, and your TRUE calling in this life! Watch this brand-new video to discover your niche and find your soul's purpose>>> https://youtu.be/B5PobWCqOIQ PS... Let me know if this was helpful... if we find these videos are helpful we will make more! Also, what can we help with? What are you struggling with? Comment Below!

I really liked this video! As today I just completed a values assessment as I wanted to ensure I was aligning to my most authentic motivators as this drives every decision we make, and I wanted to review any gaps. So it was so great to hear you talking about aligning to who you really are, and accepting yourself and having fun with the process in the apprenticeship phase. This is literally glorious music to my ears. And letting go of expectation of how the book will do, is awesome! You know Oprah Winfrey didnt get the call for the Colour Purple which she wanted so much until she actually let go of the expectation. And really like the call out on your niche changes, as everything changes, so yes lets not get so hung up about it and go with the flow. Love the video! 💛
TubeBuddy or Canva for Thumbnails?
Does anyone use this service? It's called "TubeBuddy" I'm researching the wonderful world of Thumbnails. I already love working with Canva, I'm thinking I should stick with that, but am curious if TubeBuddy might have more uTube specific design features. Does anyone have an opinion or experience with using these to create thumbnails? Thanks!!

I just found a review on TubeBuddy (see link) but like Niki points out it looks like its best for YouTube SEO tools, In-depth Analytics, and Productivity Tools (altho does incl. thumbnails & video planner topics & bulk processing) Although it works as an extn for Chrome and Firefox and I use Brave. It looks free to trial, altho it collects geolocation data - your physical location or movements but fortunately not biometric data (such as keystrokes, fingerprints, exercised data), so not sure. But if anyone does use it keen to know. https://www.thefoodranger.com/tubebuddy-review/
