Then jump back into your warm bed and turn on the meditation. "Bed Meditation - Bed Med". Today I think I’ve won by joking this group again. I am ready to admit that I am addicted to sugar. It’s about time. I am 78 years old and have diabetes for at least 30 years and my mother, her sister and her mother all had diabetes. I want the strength to do this.

Birthday celebration
It’s my birthday today and for the first time I did not celebrate with sugar and flour. I decided to find other ways other than food to celebrate. Hooray for me🥰
