@Shahbaz Naeem it is an investment or cost (however you choose to consider it), but it’s a source of revenue for the testing and assessing bodies. If you want to keep your EOI active and your chances open, you have to to take this bitter pill.

190 & 491 Visas: Why are some consultants still promoting that states have seats available?
Some consultants are still showing updates that states like WA and NT still have unutilised quota for 190 & 491 invitations. I understand that NSW and Victoria etc. still have their programs running for 2023-24, however, WA and NT have closed their programs for this financial year. What am I missing here?

@Vinita Rohra congratulations for your 491 invitation and approval. Yeah, I have a visa till Oct 2027 so I’m not in a rush but sooner the better 😊.
