@Crescent Terry hi there, it was very insightful. I came there without expectation. I felt comfortable among a room full of strangers. It felt like a collective. I didn't go there to mingle, it went there to work. The intro was helpful. I've done breathwork before, intense body sensations and all. Witalij's voice is soothing and firm, which I appreciate. The music is spot on. I allowed myself to truly express myself. First time I was able to do so. Lots of crying, screaming, growling. It was raw. Many good personal insights gained. Some laughter, lots of forgivenness. If you get the chance to see Witalij life, DO IT! I bet, his online sessions are great too. Haven't done thise yet.
