Getting rid of turbulency in life?
What's up, I believe this is an issue for lots of guys and I'm here to ask for advice. I just started Uni and after a 6 month pause from training due to injury, I'm getting back to the gym. However, I find it very hard to discipline myself the way I used to. Two years ago it was pretty easy for me to stay consistent with training, but now I just go for one week, then I catch a cold or make excuses and I have a lazy week full of junk food and laying on the couch. Then the following week I do my training, but I fail to stick to it again and it's a constant loop. What would you recommend I should do? I love working out when I'm at the gym, but getting there is a fight.
