Sangam CRM has a very powerful Reporting Feature. With the Report Module, you can do Monthly or Weekly Sales Projections. Further through grouping, you can classify the projections, Sales Agent Wise, Product Wise & Week Wise. If it applies to your business, you can also make projections based on New Sales & Renewal Sales. Refer to the last Image to see the filter applied. You can get a daily call summary report from Sangam CRM, directly on your Email. (See the image attached). And this doesn't need Telephony Integration. The call summary report includes Total Calls Made, Total Duration, No. of outgoing calls, No. of Incoming calls, No. of calls answered, No. of calls unanswered.
