Does your visual brand identity stand out?
My husband hates watching movies with me. He says it’s no fun because I always figure out the ending early. And not just the ending—the plot twists too! Just yesterday, I said, "That one’s going to die," and sure enough, he did. "How do you know that?" my husband keeps asking. I’ve picked up on what tends to give things away, so now I’ll ask him, "Did you catch who those girls were?" or "You got that this just happened, right?" And he’ll reply, "No… How do you even know that?!" My answer? "Because she was wearing red." These details seem so obvious to me, but I’ve realized they’re not as clear to everyone else. And it’s not because my husband isn’t smart—he’s a very educated and cultured guy. My background in visual storytelling just gives me an edge. The same principles apply to branding and business. Subtle visual cues can make a huge difference in how others perceive you. For example, using outdated or blurry photos might seem like a small detail, but it can send a message that you’re unprofessional or disorganized—even if your work is amazing. Your visual brand identity communicates on your behalf, often before you even say a word. Consistency in style, quality, and tone builds trust and makes you memorable. From the colors you choose to the imagery you share, every element works together to tell your story. So, next time you post, think about the message your visuals are sending. Are they helping you stand out as a confident and credible professional? Or are they holding you back?

every aspect of branding is important. visual elements are often not thought of as much as others. How has the use of AI affected the elements of a visual brand in your opinion?

Content without Any CTAS?
I'm doing an experiment for the next week. No CTAs in my content. I predict a record breaking sales week! I'm going to personally connect with everyone that leaves a comment and personalize every offer that I make to be a perfect fit. That's like an infinite mix of content because every comment is it's own piece of custom content written for an individual person. How's that for mixing it up?

@Brian Campbell and @Christina Williamson, well said. Yes, storytelling. Authentic experiences that resonate with your people. That is definitely something that feels right to me and starts the right kind of conversations. Attraction is a good way to put it. It's also very natural in person to person relationships. Online though... sometimes it feels like the wild wild west lol

@Serenity Michelle Do you consider yourself a "visionary" ? I think so from what you shared with me. I'd like to invite you to check out our visionaries community, so I can introduce you to some other cool people too. More people who truly care and are doing what they are meant to do for positive change.
Who are you leading and where are you leading them?
I've been having a lot of conversations recently with colleagues about the growing importance of inner leadership... It all begins with our own "inner authority". It's also no coincidence that the word "authority" contains the word "author". Since this group is the Skool Group "Leaders" Network, I hope that we can spark some conversation with other leaders who also think about their inner authority, their leadership style, who they are leading, and where they are leading people to. So, let's chat. Who are you leading? And where are you leading them to?

@Stephanie Hetu leading by example and by “being” is essential. Experiential sharing is also a great way to lead, I do that a lot too. That’s a great gift to offer people! A lot of people benefit from that spark or that permission that it’s okay. We are sooooo conditioned to do the same things!

@Suzanne Taylor-King Yes, inner authority is definitely a journey! But it’s the “only journey” in many ways too. It also helps to have others that “know you” as you really get to know yourself, which is the dynamic I believe we are very passionate about creating more spaces for. Oooh I like that! Not just getting over shiny object syndrome (like a lot of coaches say they do) but with the how of trusted relationships! Love it! It’s also very YOU!
Spiritual Narcissism
There’s a hidden issue that’s rarely discussed: leaders who are actually predators. SPIRITUAL NARCISSISTS.. 💥 These individuals masquerade as enlightened, seemingly offering genuine attention and praise. Initially, they tell you how wonderful you are. However, over time, they begin to subtly undermine your abilities. Why do they do this? JEALOUSY.. They are extremely envious of your talents and gifts. Though they may present themselves as exceptional, it’s often a facade. They may possess some genuine attributes, but they often embellish them or mimic others. They lure you in by appearing to be exactly what you’re seeking. Narcissists are skilled at identifying and targeting people, presenting themselves as your ideal. This is all part of their act to secure their “supply.” They will drain you of your energy and make you feel dependent on them. Be careful not everyone is of the LIGHT 💡
