Thanks all for the energy and positivity
I am taking a step at the time, and itโ€™s though not to get lost in details or another YouTube video along the way. Some big milestones from last week: 1. the website is up, 100% done by chatGPT even the form integration :-) www.ai42day.ch 2. The YouTube channel is up and running, the first video is online. 3. LinkedIn site for the company is up, I am not shown as owner as a still have my 9-5 job 4. Had my 3 customer meeting , with the offer of a partnership and a project for a voice receptionist 5. Virtual assistant is ready to take calls for me 6. Next steps: add virtual assistant as outbound to followup when someone fills in the form Create make.com automation for funnel after the form is filled Integrate my calendar into the agent for meeting bookings with me Thanks for all the support, Jurg

@Alexi Drouin thanks, and it feels great to write it down and realize what I have achieved last week, that helps to keep going as it feels a lot of small steps and hard to prioritize. So I try to have 1 marketing task = 1 customerfacing task. Eg set up YouTube channel, next steps is a customer call / meeting Marketing tasks for longtime success vs tactical customer calls to start making revenue.

Help Us Tell Skool That This Group Is Thriving!
Hi Everyone, Skool recently made a change to its discovery algorithm, which appears to lower the ranking of older, free, and public groups like โ€œAccelerator Universityโ€ compared to other Skool groups that are paid and private. I just wrote this post on the Skool Community to demonstrate that abandoned groups now rank above engaged communities like ours. "Why new algorithm ranks abandoned groups higher now?" https://www.skool.com/community/why-new-algorithm-ranks-abandoned-groups-higher-now/ If Accelerator University has positively impacted you, could you take a moment to comment on this post? Share how youโ€™ve benefited from our curriculum, enjoyed the community experience, and/or the personalized 1-on-1 Coaching. I understand Skoolโ€™s goal is to prioritize โ€œretentionโ€ over growth or engagement. However, this shift will impact older groups like Accelerator University, which has been actively serving members for many months. Please take a moment to click on the link above and tell Skool that the thriving community at Accelerator University is committed to quality discussions, meaningful human connections, and authentic member experiences. Thanks for supporting our mission! This group is amazing as it helps me get out of the technical weeds of spinning up my business and focusing on the business instead of getting lost in the business. Its inspiration and accountability, positive energy and mastermind, its focus and direction. ๐Ÿ™ thanks to everyone contributing
๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ Entrepreneurship is messy. Growth is risky. And thatโ€™s okay...
โ€œWhat if it doesnโ€™t work?โ€ This fear stops so many people before they even start. But hereโ€™s the truth that Alex Hormozi shares: ๐Ÿ’ก Everyone struggles at the beginning. ๐Ÿ’ก Itโ€™s unrealistic to expect perfection on the first try. ๐Ÿ’ก The only real failure? Giving up. The biggest obstacle? Fear of judgment. โ€” What will they think if I fail? โ€” Will I lose their approval? Hereโ€™s a reframe: โ“ What if they donโ€™t matter as much as your dreams? โ“ What if you succeed BECAUSE you ignored the naysayers? Take the risk. Pursue your passion. Let the opinions of others take the backseat. Youโ€™ve got this. ๐Ÿ’ช P.S. Whatโ€™s the best piece of advice youโ€™ve heard about overcoming fear? Let me know below! ๐Ÿ‘‡

It bring back the old saying: you are the average of your five closest friends. If you want to raise above their paygrade they will find lots of ways to pull you down, you might have to change your envirnomentโ€ฆ.

Hi all, just restarting my efforts on ramping up an agency. I am in the process of getting my first non paying customers. My expertise is in Global Account Management for IT, Data Protection and Cyber Recovery, current focus on large global Service Providers. Yes i did run some small business as a side hustle. I do have an BS in IT and economics, so coding yes but 25 years ago. Current expertise is on teaching kids and business owners how to use AI to get started, no automation so fahr except my own GPTs. I use a tool called Monica.im which can do all you need on a daily basis, eg, multiple models to talk to , image creation, PDF chat, create own bots, image editig, audio input and output etc. and i created some busines bots with zapier as well as a generic teacher to help anyone learn anything. my plan is to go through the training and start an agency in the coming 3 month, current question is do i do this in english or german. english has the bigger market, but in german less competition. lets see Best - Jurg
