I want to ask you guys do you use skool for getting help, network? Or you pitch your community and sell it? What are you main activities, be honest :D

Hey guys!! Wondering if anyone knows the answer to this question or if @Sam Ovens can shed some light!!! I've been noticing a lot of my free trial's status as "declined". I'm assuming this means there is not enough money in their account to automatically charge them. So my question is... when someone starts a free trial, does Skool check: a) If the card they're using is one of those virtual "single-use" or "disposable" cards? b) If the account has money by doing that $1 check? Thank you!!

There should be a way to turn each module/week on and off for all the lessons along with lesson by lesson. I need to turn ours off and I am having to do 100 lessons one at a time.

Do you have a way to auto respond to people when they message you?

Is there an option to track how many people actually viewed our email (sent once every three days) out of the entire community? I have a free community of 900 members, but engagement has decreased since I announced the premium membership three weeks ago. (To note, most members came from my Serbian Instagram page, where over 18 months, I provided them with daily free content through more than 500 in-depth psychological posts, so they may not be the ideal measure of engagement right now.) Regardless, I’d like to know how many of the 900 members are seeing these emails.
