hi there...a question regarding the program. due that you are required to train every day when would be the best time to train...(ex first thing in the morning....afternoon prior to your volleyball training) regards. julio

jumping rope
Good morning my question of the day...is it dangerous to jump rope everyday plus a regular volleyball/vertical jump program ? apart from play/train volleyball i do muay thai kickboxing and we believe that jumping rope is a powerfull tool for conditioning. kind regards
