@Steven Paulino GA is more proximity for me. I’ve been looking at other states but I figured I’d start local before doing out of state.

@Jefferson Yumiguano definitely! I appreciate the comment. One of the biggest challenges I’ve dealt with is finding the right people to align myself with. I do business in the most honest way possible and most people are not like that at all. It’s hard to sort through and find reliable teammates to get things done. Just the other day I got a referral from a close investor friend of mine for a guy who pulls government lists. I hired him and sure enough the guy missed his 60 day timeline. I reached out several times with no response. I gave him 120 days to fulfill his obligations and ended up with nothing. Luckily, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card but still a huge hassle and tons of time wasted. Situations like these really drew me to Antonio’s content right from the very beginning because I could feel how authentic he is. No frills. Not flashy. Great message and morals. Hope this helps!
