Unfortunately the next WRX STi will likely be an EV. It's just not going to be the same without that distinctive boxer sound.

A beautifully restored car, and that exhaust at idle, it sounds like a machine gun. I could just imagine how loud this car would be when driven. Definitely wouldn't be road legal. It would likely be sold to a collector, or someone who intends to use it for rallying events.

Pride and joy
Hey guys, here’s my Scooby!! Bought back in 2002 hot off the showroom floor. I did get the dealer to install a big wing before I picked it up. Lucky me, they installed a 22B wing!!😁😁 Only has 33,000km on the clock to date.

Wow! I can't believe it's only done 33,000 klms in 21 years. That's probably the lowest kilometre bugeye I've seen!

Former owned STI
I owned this car and have sold it. However enjoy the video and some information on the Australian edition Version 6. I ended up selling it as it became a garage queen, the prices jumped very quickly and I could not justify having it just sit in the garage. I have recently bought back my Blue MY99 GC8 in my other video.

I have a MY00 GC8 Subaru WRX in WRC Blue with gold rims. I've owned this car for over 20 years and have been a Subaru enthusiast for just as long.
