@Andries Verhoef Welcome Andries! Battlestar Gallactica is epic! And I'm glad to hear you have some heavy duty models in mind. Do you have any specific type of spaceship from Battlestar or from a game that you really like? The discount on the tutorials will end around January 31st. @Andries Verhoef You know, a lot has to do with getting the base forms down. The Viper MK VII would be the way to go, when choosing between them. If you get the forms down, a lot can be accomplished in texturing as well! I think the Flashbang course will get you comfortable with Plasticity (if you're not already). After that you can try the Space Cruiser course and I can help you modify it to suit your needs. I do recommend finishing the Flashbang course though, since it's pretty short. Also, it'll give you a chance to decide if you like my style of teaching and the community, before you commit.
