Intro
I just joined. Thank you for the invite! I own/manage about 800 apartments in Madison, WI and am looking to mitigate taxes... like everyone here I imagine. :)

I don't trade properties and own forever, so I am not using cost seg or 1031, but of course regular scheduled depreciation. I am in the works of setting up a trust and company in the Philippines in order to help with some of this.
