What's up team?! 👉 Why did you decide to join our group? I'm looking to connect with wholesalers, lenders, and other investors to learn from and help anyway I can! Looking to work together with others for the long term! 👉 What valuable experiences or skills do you bring to the table? I specialize in lending for EMD and Double Closes! I'm also a Private Money lender, have one LTR, and have past experience with an AirBnB. Outside of REI, I'm an engineer, USAF vet, and a proud "dad" to my golden doodle puppy! 👉 Is there anything holding you back that we can assist with?
