Asymmetric key pair
I have a question on Asymmetric key pair : I learned when we are loosing a user key in symmetric key we are calculating by doing Total Keys - affected user key gives the total key at the end ( example : 20 Total keys - 1 affected user key = 19 keys ). how does it work in Asymmetric key pair ?

Hi, @Sharath Karpur. Good question! Like you said, with symmetric keys we need to consider the total number or relationships/connections that are lost, so we use the Total Minus Self concept. With asymmetric, our keys are dependent on relationships - they exist on entities (servers or users). So if we lose a user and or server's private key is compromised, then we only need to recreate the single key pair. We don't need to consider the total number or users or relationships and can just focus on what we gained/lost from a entity/user/server perspective. Let me know if that still is unclear? Glad you asked!
Endorsement Process
Hello All, Trust you are doing great. If anyone can share how to start the endorsement process that would be great. I am not sure if an email only would suffice and is there anything more into it. Kindly advise

@Basma Alhussaini, absolutely! Great question. @M B and I just walked through this process and she took some wonderfully helpful screenshots to help us document exactly what you are asking. I won't have time to prepare anything formal from those screenshots until this weekend at the earliest, but Marion could be a good resource in the meantime. Where are you at in the process right now? Do you have a CISSP to endorse you or will you be going through ISC2's endorsement process?
Can't believe it but...
I passed today! It's difficult to summarize the exam experience. I've scheduled it thinking "OK, I'm confident on about 80% of the content, so I should be able to do some damage control on the 20% left". CISSP exam from the 3rd question until the end : "So, let's talk about those 20% 😏" Even with the knowledge, it was sometimes (often) completely impossible for me to rationally select an answer, as if knowledge was necessary but not sufficient. If it happens to you, don't give up and trust your intuition. Study strategies I've found useful : 1. Being part of this community, where I've been feeling supported and valued. Hello @Vincent Primiani πŸ™‚ 2. The awesome and comprehensive study sessions @Josh Botz 3. Books I used and loved : Destination CISSP ebook (super useful to understand quickly a lot of content), All-in-One CISSP exam guide (super useful to go into greater detail) 4. Learnzapp for the practice questions and practice tests, really a good training for the exam 5. Taking the CC exam. Thanks to @Clifford Jenkins and @Jon Brown for suggesting that.
