New HL Client | Veterinary Clinic Solution
Hello There! I am acquiring a new client tomorrow and I'll show case all the features and possibilities I am able to provide to her as someone who will purchase my solution to deliver it at a higher fee for clients as a software management tool for veterinary clinic owners!!! As always, I'd like to make sure GHL is fully suited to do that job, and that HL is a CRM solution for clinics that makes sense and can add a ton of value! Can anyone guide me or let me know some about it? I am entering various different niches at once and I still need to catch up on some specifics!!! Thanks āœ…

@Rokas Jukna HL is a general solution. The operations are 80% the same from a business perspective.

@Glory Ramsey I'll go another route which I think it is better. I don't need to be limited by my own skills. I'm a founder and business owner. I'll hire a HL expert that helps me with the implementations. Run the pilots for free as per each niche. Once they are happy, they'll start getting charged. They'll help me meet with the main needs of their industry and progressively put together the best that HL has to offer in a particular field - granted that 80-90% of functions apply the same to most business. Thanks! āœ…šŸ”„ P.S: Maybe you'll get a revelation when you see that "HL IS THE NICHE" šŸ˜‰
GHL With TPV Hardware? (GHL & Square Integration)?
Hello! In order to gain access to hardware government funding for my clients, I need to justify that a given software solution (GHL) requires explicitly a referred hardware to work on, or that such hardware is meant to be used on the software solution (GHL) only and configured for such purpose. This would unlock me an extra 1KEUR that my clients can spend in funding to get my service (it's an initiative running now in Spain called "Digital Kit"). Q) Has anyone run or integrated GHL within a TPV unit? Q) Has anyone destined specific hardware to run GHL? Q) Is it possible to integrate Square to GHL? Q) Any experience with a white-label TPV that can run GHL? Q) Has anyone used GHL to run billing or charging local business clients? P.S: One last thing, does anyone know what the "grey-label" desktop app mention means within the GHL features and applications summary? I just recently saw that and I always assumed we were to get full white-label for mobile and desktop applications. Thanks a lot. āœ…

How did you get those 90 clients in the first place? Today I just closed a final deal with a Telecom Distributor from Spain, who has a list of 50, including many restaurants. There is a Gov funding program in Spain who brings financing from EU to any local business for digitation, so we are going to storm Spain with HL since no one is offering that they say (besides of me). Any inputs will be helpful. Also - are you happy with extendedly? They seem to expensive right away, but do they do the implementations themselves? @Jamie Ogilvy
Website subscription model (100$/mo)
Hello! Quick question: Do you think the thesis of of selling GHL Websites under a monthly subscription, is a broken model? I have closed a client for 500$, but he was weirded out when I asked for a 100$/mo subscription first. Do you think that pricing model doesn't work for such type of asset? It is assumed to be a one-time fee, hard to justify retainer, subscription exhaustion etc.? Let me know what you think since I was betting on the model as an additional business line āœ… P.S: Reference to the model https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzqHE-DmIc0&t=202s

@Adam Kopacsy Exactly. That's why I comment about developing a full suite HL solution niche, by niche. "One software subscription, to take them all." šŸ˜šŸ”„

@Adam Kopacsy Oh Cool. I've just checked your agency website. Well, if you've got the finished product-service, I run an appointment setting agency with a team of 15+ agents at this moment. If you want to fill up your calendar and start closing your first set of clients I am very certain we can help you achieve that. Feel free to shoot me a message āāœ…
Work On Your Business.
Not inside it.. freindly reminder we saw true scale when i hired for ads, outsourced all fulfillment and focussed on giving my customers a great expirence and setting as many sales calls as possible. do that and you will win too! its not that complicated.

100% We didn't get into the agency space to buy ourselves a job. The number one priority of an entrepreneur is innovation and working at the systems level, leadership, decision making, creating and finding profitable opportunities. That is what defines and evolves you as a real executive and those are skills that a technical worker doesn't develop and add value to our experience over time.
