Catching yourself when slipping...
So I've lost about 15lb since January, mostly by counting calories and holding myself accountable. It's not an easy journey but it's worth it. March hit and I've gained 4lb/5lb... I think it's important to realise you can't be perfect all the time, it's natural to go off track sometimes but it's important to catch yourself and be aware of it. I've caught myself now before it is "too late" and I gain a lot more... but it could be worse. Am I going to say "This sucks, I'm a failure I've gained weight..." no, I've lost 10-11lb overall and will get back on the wagon. Life's always gonna get in the way, but you gotta make changes and push through the mess ups and continue pushing forward, before you know it you'll be smashing your goals! TL;DR: Try catch yourself when you're slipping and hold yourself accountable, no one is perfect and sometimes just being "good enough" is what is important.

@Ryan Nettleship Thanks, Ryan! I'm doing this for future me, the me in 3 months time will look back and thank me, it's giving up a little short term pleasure now for real happiness instead of pleasure. I'm just glad I caught myself and I'm back at it, was slowly not going as many walks/steps going down each day and not tracking meals/cals... But I'm going back to be disciplined me now!
Easter Weekend is upon us!
Don't be afraid of factoring in some chocolate this weekend if you're dieting. It's only normal to let yourself have some sort of a diet break, rather than restricting yourself too much! Maybe have a little less calories that day but add in some chocolate! Also, what's your favourite egg? Mine's got to be the classic mini eggs 😍

Mini eggs are the best! Creme eggs are horrible compared to them but I always get them...

It's that 5th day again!
Every 5 days I cook up this meal prep without fail, everytime I get a little bored I just mix up the sauce I add on top, right now it's bbq, but next week it'll be thai sweet chilli 👀 show me your meal preps!

I'm lazy when it comes to meal prep and it isn't serving me well, I'll just cook my meals on the day and it takes a lot more time... I gotta start prepping haha
Tuesday QnA
Hey guys! Been away to Barcelona for a few days, but I'm back now! I'd like some feedback on what topic I should base the Tuesday QnA on? I have some ideas myself but would be ideal if you guys had any problem or questions you'd like me to base the theme of the call on. Any input is appreciated 👊

I'm really working on my own discipline and realising motivation comes and goes and just doesn't cut it when getting work done, you need routine and habits and to build on them. Looking forward to this!
Summer is around the corner
Are are your current goals leading up to summer? Personally I'm going for maximum muscle growth, so some hard gym sessions!

@Ryan Nettleship I'm still in the early stages since not having ran since I was a kid haha, but I can just about manage running 2-3 minutes then I need to walk 😅 It's a really enjoyable process though! I reckon you should mate! 😁

@Josh Clutton I'm on the same journey, one day at a time! Glad to hear you're feeling more comfortable in the gym!
