AI?
Hi everyone! I'm just getting into GHL. Can anyone give me some more insight into how DR works with AI? Do you need an add-on? Does it work well? I also had this idea of using AI for paid ads. Think Google Ad > dynamic landing page > CTA = send us a text message. Thoughts? If that was possible, I could see that working very well. I just locked in a Plumber/HVAC client. Has anyone every integrated GHL into Service Titan?

Reactivation Question
Hi Guys - Question... working on finalizing a proposal for a reactivation campaign. As far as I can tell about reactivation, its all about the offer that you make to THEIR list. How do you guys come up for offers based upon the assortment of various niches you pitch? As in, if i'm working with a roofer with 150K old leads, what/ how do you guys typically come up with offers for their list? Thanks in advance!

@James Sequeira Great insight. Yeah that’s what im hearing - just use what works… HL can ban your account? had no idea… that’s disturbing. Maybe I won’t use them for SMS then. I’m not sure how they would know if I use Twilio? That seems like a bit of a privacy invasion on my account no???

@James Sequeira Got it. But how does HL know that I guess is my question? I use twilio, I don't use lead connector #'s
Which do you prefer; Closebot or Zappychat?
I’ve engaged with clients who love zappychat and closebot and also I have seen GHL owners who hate working with AI and they prefer they answering themselves. So a quick question, Which do you love, Zappychat or Closebot or No AI?

@Tim Siebrecht Hey Tim - Your best bet is still to use AI, as sparingly as possible. The only use case worth really doing, is the simple ones that everyone is doing like customer service and appointments. Business adoption with AI is directly linked to hallucination and at best the models are pretty inefficient still... id jiust stick with simple solutions (off hours FAQ/scheduling bots) is pretty good to start with. Let me know if you ned help..

@Brian Schreiner Perosnally, I think Its way overpriced for what it is. I'd steer clear from the Zappy/Closebot (solely Highlevel solutions). Why? What happens when Highlevel just comes out with a better one (they will this is all HL does is copy lol)? Then your going to have to move all of your stuff to theirs... Then when chatGPT comes out with a better solution than Highlevel? Your going to always end up back at the source of all the AI stuff, which is chatGPT or other purely AI solutions In the meantime, why wouldn't you cut out the AI middleman and make your own assistants in chatGPT altogether. Thats all "closebot" is. Im sure they love ppl paying more though lol.
Zappychat for DBR and GHL
Interested in hearing people's experiences of Zappychat. Setting it up and how hard it is to connect with GHL? Is there any support from Zappychat for builds (if we get stuck)? Any info would be much appreciated. Very interested in this one. Also do we need Zapier with Zappychat?

@Ryan Carruthers @Brad Lazarus I wouldn't use either of them honestly. They both just clearly use chatGPT, and charge you $300/month where you can just go directly to GPT. I can set up your full account in 1 click with my snapshot I made for FREE. Both just use chatGPT, so why not cut out the middleman?
DR Quote For 65,000 Real Estate Leads
I’m working with a Real Estate company that has 65K leads and 3 agents. I’m proposing database Reactivation with ZappyChat scheduling to agents through round-robin. What should a typical quote look like? Really appreciate your help, Thanks.

@Colin Lepiscopo Right. But in that case, this is exactly what I would argue, is something that would not be legal (again, jsut according to my lawyer). When you have a "bot" which is just chatGPT, messaging with a prospective customer, if you are using really any conversational context (again including memory - meaning anything historically said by the customer in conversational history) everything about the conversation, is information (good/bad/private doesn't matter), its information the prospect is giving YOU (the company in good faith), not chatGPT (the 3rd party). Not only in this case would you need disclose in every single message response (this is a chatGPT anything you say goes right to chatGPT legalese and have the opt in box for your clients CYA), but you would also have to sanitize the data before sending the used message to GPT just in case either way. So like if I just give my SSN into your bot, that is a direct line to chatGPT, you would have to have measures in between chatGPT and my response, that would sanitize this in the event I accidentally yield that information. But then, that would also require you to use another service/software to do that, and then that service would then be subject to the same data scrutiny. So the way you have it set up now, sounds like you are essentially just passing information that the customer gives you, just turning around and giving information they are giving you directly to chatGPT, no matter what the customer says. That is what is not legal. If you have a private hosted model (open source) in the real estate companies office or they pay for their own model running in the cloud, where THEY can see their own customer responses and data is air-tight, that is legal. So for example where you say this ----- "(When you start to look through hundreds of chat messages for certain niches, the same patterns emerge) This is assuming the support staff is going to leverage the CRM for a more effective interaction. After that, the AI will learn about that customer, just as a person would and interactions will be more personalized".-- This is what is the illegal part. The fact that you have access to see that data for the niches and chat messages, is exactly what is not legal. Its not only that you can see it, its that you give it right to chatGPT too. Its data when a customer opts in, they give the COMPANY only, not chatGPT, not 3rd party marketers etc. So just to reiterate, its not the sensitivity level of the data ONLY, its literally ANY data. Again, not trying to burst the bubble... its sucks, but i've seen some pretty data tight companies, get sued over stuff exactly liek this and its not worth the risk.

@Tiffany W Yeah exactly! Its all a matter of risk/reward and what context the company wants the AI for. There isn't a massive legal appetite out there for suing local realtors like you said haha! There just isn't much $ for these lawyers doing that. I think you will get more pushback the more company owners you talk to. This is why I built out my platform. Talked to lots of companies. LOTS more pushback than I initially thought. So I actually own a solar company. This is one that lawyers look to sue like hawks! One company I worked with in New Jersey got slapped with a 500K lawsuit. Yeah and like I said, its really not hard to make an ecosystem where they can get the benefits of AI (with private models) with data securely, especially when its much cheaper than chatGPT.

I own an AI chatbot company and an agency as well! I have owned a solar company in the past and just looking to connect with fellow agency owners!
