Health journal/planner
Hi! Does anyone use a STM for health? I have a new book laying around and yet I can't start, scared to ruin it. I have recently started training with a coach and I would love to keep track of everything. But I am kinda in doubt to just integrate it in my generale journal VS starting a real journey-journal. Does that even make sense 🤭

Interesting. I include it in My day to day journal by way of habit tracking, but If you’re also using it for recipes and workouts I might have a separate one.
Combo Planners/Journals
I'd love to see and hear about how others combine a planner with journaling. I've been trying to figure out how to make this work for myself for a while and would love to learn how others do it.

One journal or several?
So the conventional bullet journal wisdom is that if you keep everything in one journal you will always know where everything is, it integrates your life, etc. But recently I started an art notebook to keep track of ideas for paintings and it quite rapidly turned into a kind of bullet journal. So my question is: do you use just one journal at a time, or do you have several on the go at once? What do you put in a different journal? And what do you like about your approach?

I’d love to hear more perspectives. My worry I think is that I don’t want to carry around 2 because I do live with my bujo as my constant companion

There must be some folks here who have 12 stm journals in the finest colors and styles and none is full or used after an instant impulse of motivation? 🎈💎⏳

My current problem is figuring out if I’m going to move to two - one for work and one personal. And so my brand new STM sits empty and waiting for layouts.
