My Intentions
Over the last few years I have noticed a rise in male influencers preaching about how to be a strong, powerful, and masculine man, but in the rise of these influencers I found gaps. What these Andrew Tates, Joe Rogans, and David Goggins were discussing have helped countless young men find purpose in their lives, but I have found that it is the culmination of different aspects of their ideas that develop the ideal man: A man that is strong yet gentle, a leader yet humble enough to be lead, kind but demanding, and nurturing while also protecting. These are all conflicting ideologies but are required to be the man that you want to be. My goal is to take the very aspects of what these powerful and influential men have provided and bring about the best aspects of each one. I want to provide a framework for young men to find and understand their purpose, but also provide them with the tools to maximize their potential and to pursue altruism. My beliefs may not be popular, they may be frowned upon, many may find them offensive, but after years of reflection, hours of discussion with different minds and perspectives, I have begun to understand what it means to be a man. I would argue that there are four main pillars to being the man that you are wanting to be. Faith, health, leadership, and finances. Without these four pillars, the others will falter. Now I may have lost some of you with the Faith pillar, but I urge you to have an open mind before casting judgements. I am not here to tell you which religion to follow, but I am here to provide you with the values and morals involved in faith that are complex and develop the powerful man you seek to be. Health is next. Without a healthy body, the mind cannot function the way that it needs to. You need to be strong, eat well, be capable of protecting the ones you love. These all play into the general health of a man. What I will be providing you will be based on research, experienced professionals to give insight into getting into the health goal that you have set out for yourself, and personal experience. I will also be focusing on supplementation and how to maintain the testosterone that makes you so unique.
