Under Tenants Fee Act 2019 deposits are limited to 5 (or 6) week deposit cap unless you are not required to comply.

One of our members has received this today from NCC. Anyone else had these in? Any thoughts on whether this is enough notice? Were you forewarned? Good job it's not half term! Oh it is! šŸ¤£

Not yet and not heard mention of it. That is sort of final notification I would expect if information had been previously requested and not supplied. Majority of it I should already have. Be good if council adhered to same turnaround time when contacting them.

Weā€™re certainly seeing a lot of activity within our property clients! Reports are there are still some holding out for better prices but some sellers are now caving and taking far lower offers than askingā€¦

My rents rising significantly but I don't see any demand from buyers despite increased yields. If there was an opportunity to get out I would take it.
