New search campaign without data
Hi everyone, i have a question: What is the best bidding strategy to use for a new google ads search campaign in a new account without any data? Is maximizing click the best option? I am still learning google ads and i want to know everything from the beginning to the end. I want to hear your suggestions. Thanks a lot

The 2024 advice is to go for maximise conversions right out of the gate. You NO longer need to wait for 30 conversions in 30 days for max conversions to work. I am going to try this for my next set of new clients and report back here.
Google Ads Question
Sir, I'm running Call only ads for a client of Virtual office Services in dubai and I want to track phone calls from my ads but google forwarding number is not available for UAE thats why I'm unable to track phone calls from call only ads. What should I do in this regard ?

Negative Keywords Match Type
Hey there! So say for a google search campaign would it be considered 'best practice" to have your negative keywords always as broad match? or would there guideline for when to have your negative KWs as phrase or exact? So far I have been doing them all as broad but was curious.

Hi Adriel I add it twice most of the time - once as exact match and then as broad after reducing the search term to the main keyword that I wish to exclude. Eg: If I wish to add the term 'free math tuition classes' as negative, then I will do the following: - [free math tuition classes] - Exact match so that it shows as excluded in the search term report. Makes my job easier the next time I need to review the search terms. - free - Broad Match as I do not wish to show for anyone looking for free classes.
Further Segmenting Ad Groups
I have a campaign with 6 ad groups, that each have 6-10 keywords inside that are all performing great (see screenshots attached for 2 of the ad groups). Would it be smart to further segment these keywords by creating another 1-2 ad groups focused solely on 3-5 top performing keywords each? Or what would you recommend doing here?

Hi @Austin LeClear Can you please explain the reason for your suggestion to never remove keywords?
How/when does a ROAS of 115% make sense?
Please check out the screenshot attached below. Does this kind of ROAS make sense after factoring in the cost of production, delivery charges and overheads?
