What does forgiveness mean to you?
This past Monday in our Monday Morning PJ Mindset Study Group, we explored a profound lesson on Forgiveness—a powerful practice that can transform how we live and thrive. Forgiveness is not about condoning bad behaviour or admitting defeat; it’s about freeing ourselves from the toxic weight of resentment and reclaiming our peace of mind. ✨ Bob Proctor’s Take on Forgiveness ✨ In a short video, Bob Proctor explains that while we can’t control others’ actions, we have full responsibility for how we respond. Life is full of challenges, and people often act out of their own wounds. Forgiveness becomes our way to release negativity, process emotions, and allow harmony and abundance to flow back into our lives. Proctor uses the metaphor of a septic system: just as waste must flow to avoid blockages, we must release harmful emotions like anger and blame.
