I don’t have access to my courses! And today is suppose to be another payment which I won’t be paying! It’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have access to my courses! Been reaching out to tech no response!

Hello I’ve been enrolled in this program since Nov 21! My website is not set up when I was told it’s a set it up for u type of program! I contacted affirm and they said to contact the program or company and have them cancel the subscription! Do I go to who I purchased from? They are trying to take a payment from me today which I don’t have! I used my last starting up!

Hello Michelle! I haven’t had access to my courses for 2 weeks approaching 3. I’ve reached out to tech came into zoom meetings and exactly 1 month today my site isn’t set up plus I haven’t had access to courses! Reached out to the person I purchased the course from haven’t received a response! I contacted affirm and they stated that I would have to contact the program/company to have them cancel my subscription from their end in order for them to cancel my affirm payments! I can’t keep paying for a program that I don’t have 🤷🏻‍♀️ I already risked and gave up everything I had to get started Right!! before my birthday and Xmas! I contacted affirm they said to reach out to you or the lady I purchased from! They want to go into my account for a payment which I don’t have much less the course😂 sent emails to ur tech no response! At this point I just need this dealt with so I can keep it moving and go my way! Thank you in advance for playing your part

If I’m in this community and all of sudden i have no access to the courses and community what would be the reason? I never had access for a whole week and I’ve been in this program since November and my website it still not up smh I been reaching out and not getting any assistance

@Vicki Gessler trust me I attended classes and zooms! Each tech support says I need to do different things so I’m getting a bit lost! At this point I’m not interested anymore I’ll take it as a a loss and will be contacting klarna stopping payment’s immediately
