I am an associate professor of business at Mary Baldwin University, teaching strategy and sustainability courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels for the past 18 years. I transitioned from a 29-year career in manufacturing with engineering and plant management work. I have also founded Emmanuel Strategic Sustainability, a niche consulting firm focusing on strategy facilitation, training, and fractional chief strategy officer support for small and mid-sized manufacturing companies.
