This time of year we share gifts 🎁 with family members, gifts that may make a persons heart smile. However, I would love you to try something today and until Christmas share the gift of gratitude for yourself, appreciate yourself, look in the mirror and say thank you 🙏 “Thank you for being the most beautiful you” at first it will feel fake and awkward. Then it becomes real with emotion and you then know you have created a new pathway in the brain. When you love 💕 you others will too.
