Hey everyone! I am excited to announce that I will be changing the name of this community to align everything that it will offer moving forward. I will be offering free trainings, monthly recipes, expert interviews and so much more! The new name is Disrupt the System Functional Health Community. It aligns with my podcast Disrupt the System and my old facebook group that I will hopefully get people to transition over from. So excited to be on this journey with you!
