Blocking
Hi guys, I'm having a friendly match later next month and I don't think I can block any of the tall players. What do I need to do to get a higher blocking height.

How to beat taller players
I'm having a rough time playing against people taller than me as im 5'8 against people who are 5'10 with a high vertical and as an opposite hitter who is supposed to block the outside hitter on the opponent sides, they always hit over my block. When Im attacking, I also get blocked alot and I have a really hard time tipping over the blockers. Any suggestions on how I can jump higher or maybe beat taller players?

Hi guys my name is Jimmy my height is 5'8 and my vertical is really short. I just started playing volleyball recently and I found my passion in this sport. My position is Opposite hitter and I really wanna jump higher.

Thank you so much for welcoming me into this vibrant community and I look forward into working alongside you guys and yes I really appreciate your suggestion on utilizing the blockers. I find this technique quite useful in my friendly tournaments I had. Im willing to learn more techniques you guys can offer for me as Im willing to learn.
