"You can request feedback on active contracts with payments beginning 30 days after the contract started. The feedback will appear on your profile and does not impact your Job Success Score." Hi Nico, I saw the above notification when I tried to request a review. Your class mentioned to ask for feedback as soon as the job is approved. Perhaps, things are different now. My job was approved and the fund was released so the contract shouldn't be "active". Do I have to end it or does the client have to? Can you advise? Thanks much 🙏

@Nico Hessel For starters, I want to do a video testimonial for you. Plus I still don't have a video intro for my Upwork profile. Nico, it irks me but I have to get past it asap. And of course, my Zoom calls are going to reflect my lack of confidence in this area. I would rather sit here and write 🤔

Hi Nico, So my first Upwork job was approved & the payment was released...😁 Thank you for that Nico. What is the "testimonial protocol"? How long should I wait to send a request? How do I send a request? (I'm seeing the option to send to LinkedIn contacts) Thanks much.

Hi friends, I took in Nico's free training and his advice is working. Here is a quick tip I want to share with everyone. Get the upwork app on your phone. I was texting a friend and saw an upwork notification via the app. I promptly hopped on my laptop, caught the client online and closed the deal. BOOM!! Hi Friends, This is the shortest job post I have ever come across; "We are seeking a passionate writer to create high-quality articles about ADHD. The candidate should have a deep understanding about ADHD" And it was posted 2 weeks ago...I was very skeptical about applying and using my precious connects. But I did it anyway and it led to my second contract 😁 Go with your gut and keep "knocking on doors".
