I've been in NWA for 24ish years now. I'm the owner of Sterling Group Insurance. I've been in the insurance industry since 2006. I'm independent so that I can find the exact fit for my clients because everyone's insurance needs are different. A big part of what I do though is educate. I want to take the time to educate people on their insurance options, so they can make informed decisions about their insurance instead of just having them blindly buy a policy because someone told them they had to have it. I also love giving back to my community. I am currently volunteering to sit on 2 board of directors. I'm Secretary/Treasurer for a non-profit called Tri Cycle in Fayetteville. They help fight food insecurity and put over 120,000 lbs of food into the hands of those that needed it last year alone. And I'm Treasurer for the Avoca Fire Department, which is also a non-profit entity.

I voted that I only work 5, and some weeks that is the case, some weeks I work 7. But for my own well being I'm trying to faze that out completely.

Insurance doesn't leave a lot of room for giving since everything is so regulated. About the only thing I could offer is a free risk assessment, or free policy review. I could do so without any sales pressure though. Like none whatsoever. I won't even ask to quote anything. :)

Your Chance to Join Our Podcast
Attention all Members! Thomas and I are hosting a Live Podcast across multiple platforms (FB, Insta, Linked In, YouTube) and we want you to appear on it. Here’s how it will work: Step 1. On November 20th, we will turn our mics on at 12 PM. They will stay on until 3 PM. That entire time we will be LIVE across multiple social media platforms. Step 2. Each guest will come in during that time for 15 minutes a piece and talk with Thomas or I and record a video specifically for that guest. Step 3. Each guest will receive clips of video of the time they spent on the podcast with us (broken into shorts), and walk away with clips ready to be posted on social media! - we expect a large number of views across the time that our live video is rolling! - the format of the days session will be casual, fun and engaging… - Guests must take at least one clip from their session and post it to help spread the word of our podcast! - The best parts of the day will be combined into one podcast and posted as podcast #2 on our YouTube channel. - This is a part of our launch of the Patio Bros NWA Podcast, and we want you to be the first to claim your spot!
