(Georgia) I hate that I missed the live session, I so wanted to be active and involved. Here are my questions: Can you FP (ink) and scan only to archive the cards without channeling? Ex: Customer needs cards, service provided - cards scanned w/permission, cards returned to customer but not channeled to any other department. I am in a closed/hybrid stated; therefore, I am not sure if I actually need channeling softwared (maybe if I need to submit to FL)??? I guess this will determine which level I pick for training Ambassador or Platinum. Where do we find the pricing. SInce I wasn't able to connect on the Zoom, I didn't receive a continuation email. Any suggestions on booking/calendar software? Thanks for the confirmation that this can be done PT until earnings warrant the full dive in. Since you stated that cards can be scanned, archive for later repeat retrieval, can a biometric device be used to do ink cards? If yes, which do you recommend? Ex: ink card template created for repeat use, biometric scanner used to FP, customer card printed, card provided to customer, card saved w/permission (if needed). What does mobile live scan look like? I would have loved to hear an example or see how mobile FP works when you have the livescan device.
