Two of my absolute favorites are Steven Kessler's The 5 Personality Patterns: Your Guide to Understanding Yourself and Others and Developing Emotional Maturity. An incredible guide to understanding 5 core patterns that we tend to get caught in which also gives you a unique window into what it's like for those that have a different pattern. In addition I'd say my bible for understanding humanity is by Richard Rudd Gene Keys: Unlocking the Higher Purpose Hidden in Your DNA. This work describes humanity's evolution through all our shadow patterns into the gifts that get unlocked when we start to develop individually and collectively and then finally as we evolve further into a new species the siddhis that we begin to express. Two great woks to help you understand yourself and others.

Excited to introduce myself here. I'm the other half of the Bryan & Jennifer Co-Founder team and Co-Creator of the Relationship Dynamics Quiz which came after we had done decades of session and observed thousands of relational conflicts and got down to the root of what was causing the oppositional tension in most fights and in finding that looking for predictable ways that tend to unwind those patterns and resolve those conflicts as we are on a mission to heal the divide and improve our collective relational quotient which is our ability to create and maintain healthy conscious relationships. When I took the quiz I came out as the Principled Visionary bringing the gifts of Possibility and Truth as I took it in relationship to my partner in life, love, business and in all things Bryan Franklin. Right now I'm working on the balance between Truth and Harmony and learning that there are ways to bring truth that don't sacrifice Harmony in the system...that flying a flag of truth isn't a license to be harsh or rigid but rather real truth includes seeing all perspectives, not just my own. AND....as I'm bringing harmony learning not to withhold what I'm really feeling, realizing that withholding that is a break in intimacy and a break in being truthful and that that can cause more hurt than not speaking up.
