How are people guaranteeing closed deals in the real estate niche?
Is it a bait and switch tactic to get them on the sales call or are they just making their clients spend a ton of money on ads? If it's the latter, how much do they make them spend?

Do Youtube Ads for local businesses work?
Hi guys I have a question. I'm seeing a lot of you guys focus on info/coaching/consulting when it comes to running youtube ads for a market I was wondering if Youtube ads could work for local businesses, we run google search and display for our clients and were thinking of offerinng youtube ads too but have never ran them so we don't know the KPI's or results to expect any feedback if any will be highly appreciated thanks guys

I'm running youtube ads for real estate agents and was wondering if it would make more sense to use search ads for top of funnel then retarget with youtube ads? Also right now my yt ads strategy for them would be using videos with little to no editing (due to their target audience most likely being on the older side) and having them be "in the field" when recording, so just walking through the neighborhood, houses, etc.

@Asad Farooq I haven't actually tried it yet but I've heard about it. Search ads to an LP/website but if the visitor doesn't opt-in to anything, call, etc. then retarget them with videos.

Search segment performance on YouTube Ads?
So with a custom search segment for youtube ads (let's say 10 search terms), is there a way to see the performance of specific search terms in that particular segment for a campaign?
