In the focus to obtain the role of your dreams, it's easy to forget the career planning and intentional planning required, starting with salary negotiations to self-advocacy to advance your career. I want to make this part easy for you and guide you through these pieces, so you're preparing and intentionally planning those next moves. Hey y'all! I'm Jaya, a new Mentor and Coach 👋🏽 I am SO excited to be joining you all in community to support you along your journey to your dream roles. I am a former corporate DEI leader and have led company-wide DEI initiatives in Big Tech at Amazon and Meta. More recently, I was the DEI leader at Tandem Diabetes Care, a healthcare tech company, where I had the opportunity to launch the DEI function from scratch. 🚀 I live in the Seattle area and I'm a proud #girlmom to two little spark plugs/future CEOs. I recently launched my Jaya Mallik Coaching & Consulting, which centers Women of Color. I intentionally reserve a part of my practice to focus on coaching high-potential underrepresented individuals into becoming high-impact leaders. In addition to cheering you on and sharing advice in your journeys, I'll be offering opportunities for you to engage in learning focused on developing careers and leadership styles that remain authentic to you and your values.
