I literally was just cold calling a bunch of local businesses After 100's of calls someone finally decided to sit down with me After some brief negotiations... We settled on $1000 per month to manage their fb ads I truly was on the brink of giving up. But here is what I learned. Failure does not exist. You can only fail when YOU GIVE UP. Success rewards those who are consistent. If you show up every day and put in the work you will always be rewarded. The universe will always reward Hustle and determination. It only takes time . HEY guys! My name is Jay Vargas. I work FT at a Free-Standing ER here in Houston, TX. I decided to change careers and at the end of last year, I got my real estate license. I started working as a part-time agent in January of this year. Shortly after; I joined an amazing team inside Keller Williams.
