@Monique Millender Just order one from Amazon. Use it around the house and return it before thirty days. I am using it for field recording of sounds. It has virtually unlimited tome with 1TB micro SD card capability. It records in a format that plops right into any editor or sampler like my Akai Force which see the cards with adapter without any manipulation. That's kinda crazy. So easy. You can change the name of files and the H4 has no problem with that. This machine or the bigger and more microphone exchangeable H6 are both magnificent machines. The price is ridiculously low for either.

@Monique Millender You betcha Monique. And they have a speaker for playing back your audio in the field if you don't have headphones. There's a line/mic 3.5 jack as well. It has a nice visible mixer for all mics, phantom power, low pass filter, different battery settings for rechargeable power, BTA-1 bluetooth adapter which works up to 30 feet away. Be sure to get a separate Zoom AD-17 AC Adapter for continuous power which uses the same cord that makes the H4 into an audio interface. This will need you to download a driver for PC. The Mac just recognizes it so no need. If I think of any other stuff, I'll let you know.

Give CapCut a go. It's free, super fast, and gets the job done. Then decide what you want to pay for, like Adobe or paid apps. Cap Cut Pro is only $99/year. And yet Premiere is not that much harder. Especially with an Omar video and Chat GPT at your disposal.

I would pick up Kimberly Snyder's new book. The Hidden Power of The Five Hearts. It may get you lined up to move beyond flow and mindset. To a more complete and healthy practice.

Perspective is everything and attitude which for me starts in the gut and how I eat. Gut brain connection is real. Keeping your head up is easier said than done so surrender to the feelings, watching them pass through and staying focused and surrounded by positivity is critical. 😉👍🏽
