We're Back!
The M3S Baseball Community is back up and running! Baseball season is just around the corner, so it's time to start filling up this group with parents and players who are trying to develop to be the best possible versions of themselves. My 3 Sons and I are here to give you any advice you may need in order to get the most out of the upcoming season. So, feel free to make posts in this group or send us messages about the topics that you would like to see us talk about here. We will be hosting zoom calls where you can ask us live questions and a podcast where we cover various baseball development topics, as well. So, tell your friends (the ones you want in our group, haha) to join us and get busy sending in those suggestions. Thank you for being a part of the M3S Community!

Thanks Chuck. I like flat bill hats, but I don't like to leave them that way. I like at least a little curve in hat bill!
Showing up your Teammates
To be a great teammate on the field, you cannot physically do or say anything negative to the other 8 men/women on the field! Mistakes will happen and nobody is trying to make errors on purpose. It annoys me when I see people take out their frustration on teammates! As a pitcher, you would have absolutely no success without your position players, you won’t strike everyone out! Learn to appreciate the amazing plays they will make for you and even the routine ones. They wouldn’t be successful without you, either! If there is ever a need for a conversation about hustle or effort, it needs to be addressed off of the field or in between innings. There’s nothing more embarrassing than being yelled at by a coach for making an error in front of all the parents and fans because you know that you didn’t intentionally make that mistake. Love your teammates and they will love you! Chemistry is so important in baseball!

Yes! Players need to train their minds, as well.
