DIGESTION
All food aren’t created equal! Some of you have gluten, dairy and other food intolerances that affect digestion. The key to optimum performance is getting your fuel source in and OUT of you. If you pay attention to when your energy is low or lowered it typically is relative to slower digestion! Improve digestion and improve performance!
