Looking for help setting up a dynamic inbound call agent
Hey guys, I'm trying to set up an intelligent dynamic inbound call agent using the automations within thought.ly I think I'm having an issue with mapping the location of the caller ID column in my Google sheet for different people on my list. @Will Del Principe Yes that is exactly what I’m trying to do. Otherwise, existing clients have to jump through all the same hoops a first time caller has to.

@Will Del Principe If I choose option one and upload my contacts via a CSV file into the contact section, is there a specific template I should use to ensure the columns are labeled correctly? What happens if my CSV file includes extra column names—will the system automatically adjust and sort them out, or should the file follow a specific format?
