Can we forward calls and texts?
I checked my account today and noticed a couple of people tried to call me after getting my text. Is there a way for us to forward these calls and texts to our cell phone?

Yes, we have enable call connect feature. This can be found in settings -> phone numbers -> edit phone number/number pool.

It takes approximately 1-3 weeks to verify a phone number including A2P registration. You can check out this article for more information.
