What happened to "Invited" members tab?
Use case: I'm running a new group (paid) and not using Skool's native billing. People join via a checkout page on my website and are then invited to the Skool community via a Zapier integration. Problem: Because the zap doesn't actually create an account for them (it only invites them to create an account) I need to see who actually completes their account setup (and gets what they paid for) and who doesn't, so that I can reach out to the people who don't and help them with their account setup. Question: There used to be a tab in the "Members" section for "Invited". Where did this go? Can we get it back? This would allow me to see people who were invited to the group but didn't join so that we can reach out to them and help them setup their account. Feature request: Would love to have a Zapier trigger for "Completed Account Setup" or "Joined Community" that fires when someone actually completes their account setup and is in the community. That way I could easily tag these people in my CRM and auto-email people who were invited but are missing this tag.

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe amazing! Thank you sir! Should I make a separate post with the feature request and put it in the appropriate category, or is it good here?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe yep to which?
Skool payments is LIVE! And it's cheaper than Stripe
Now you can charge money for membership to your community! Skool replaces your landing page, order form, merchant account, and everything else β€”Β it does everything, end-to-end, seamlessly. You add a price, share a link, get members, and make money. Watch the video to see how it works. Questions? Check out this Skool payments FAQ. Enjoy πŸŽ‰

@Sam Ovens if it does payout in CAD, will I be able to remove the current bank connection and setup a different one that's domiciled in the US?

@Sam Ovens see this thread.
New feature: Calendar event permissions (+ more)
Now you can set access permissions for your events, just like courses. You can make events accessible to members at a level, or members with a course. You can set a cover image to personalize your events, and specify the link/address separate from the description so it shows/hides depending on the member's access. We renamed the "Calendar" tab to "Events" because it's the events that are important, and this new UI emphasizes the events instead of empty white space. We added a cool "LIVE" indicator too! Watch this video to see how this new feature works, and let us know what you think?

I love the feature addition of being able to set permissions for events. 10/10 on that. πŸ”₯ I liked the old calendar view WAY better. The new Events view is great in *theory* when there's 3 one-off events scheduled like in your Loom video because it's much more visually appealing and it really highlights//prioritises the events themselves and their details rather than the calendar with a bunch of blank space as you mentioned. In *practice* though, my "Events" tab is now just a huge wall of recurring Q&A Calls. This is worse for a few reasons: - It's much harder for members to visualise what happens and when in a typical week (ie. what the recurring Q&A call schedule is) - If we add in additional calls throughout the week on a "one-off" basis, they get lost in the wall of other events (there's no way to make them easily noticeable). - If we add in a live event later in the month//year, you'd need to scroll all the way down, go to next page, etc. just to see that it even exists. As a few others have mentioned, I think having both views would be amazing!
Hit Module Limit - Possible Fix?
So we've got a "Course" for all of our Q&A/support call recordings (we do 4 calls per week with members) and we've now hit the "module per course limit" of 200 modules. I didn't realize there was a limit until I hit it. The simplest fix that I can think of would be to create a new "Course" for each year of call recordings. Is there any better solution? If this is the best solution, is there an easy way for us to move Sections/Modules from one Course over to another? I'd like all of 2023 to be in the same Course and to do that I would need to move the recordings we've already uploaded for 2023 over to a new Course. @Sid Sahasrabuddhe

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Any way you could override the module limit for that one course?
Is there any way to hide courses from members who don't have access?
