How do you determine land comps when the property doesn't list sq footage and only the box size?

Can you check the appraisers/county records to find out? If it is being sold by a Realtor, they should have the size.

Just found this. If you have a windows computer, search Microsoft store for Land Area Calculator. You put in the address and it gives you the sqft size if it has it in the database.
