Own three rentals with a partner and am currently a agent in one of top luxury vacation markets in the US, also helping manage multiple multi million dollar spec builds 4. Learn tips/from others on what does and does not work 5. Buy a personal residence, grow our business holdings of ltr and increase equity positions with renovations on the homes we own.
