Hey Michael, I have an emergency situation and I need your advice Someone kicked the front door of my apartment down and stole my guests passport, laptop, Iphone and Camera. The guest is estimating $5,000 worth of equipment was stolen and is now attempting to make me pay for it. What do I need to do in this situation?
