Introduction - Jarrod
Hey everyone! I've asked us all to do an intro post, so here's mine! I'm Jarrod Schaefer, husband, father, coach, etc. My fitness goals now are a 600lb deadlift, 500lb squat, 405lb bench and 315lb press with visible abs! (one day lol) The one food I would punch a stranger for is pan-fried beef short ribs....

Hey Everyone! My name is Isaac Abraham, I am a tech, geek, nerd, and everything in between haha. My goal is to essentially lose a bit of weight and eventually game some muscle. Right now I am at 240 pounds, and would like to drop it to 180. Abs would be nice haha. As for what food I would fight a random stranger over...Pizza...which probably doesn't help 🤣
